- Grab a stick of Palo Santo wood and hold one end of the stick about 45° over a flame until it begins to burn.
- Stay a few seconds with the flame as it grows.
- Rattle the stick gently in a back-and-forth motion and let the cleansing smoke rise through the air.
- If the smoke shrinks, blow a little until the ember regains its deepest glow.
PALO by aimée&mia is the project of Noëmie Aimée Laflamme and Shannel Mia Laflamme, two sisters of Ecuadorian and Canadian origins living in Montreal, Canada. Together, they created a range of all natural products revolving around the Palo Santo essential oil. We love that their products are made in Montreal, with Palo Santo exclusively sourced from Ecuador. PALO is proud to guarantee that 100% of their wood is sustainably sourced from Ecuador by a certified government association that respects forestry standards and protects the environment.
